What You’ll Do

Are you a skilled Webflow expert ready to transform creative designs into pixel-perfect, high-performing websites? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Webflow Developer to lead the charge in building dynamic, responsive, and visually stunning web experiences that elevate our clients’ digital presence.

In this role, you will:

  1. Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and visually compelling websites using Webflow, translating complex designs into functional and interactive web experiences.
  2. Leverage Webflow CMS, animations, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to deliver seamless functionality and engaging user experiences.
  3. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and accessibility, maintaining the highest technical standards across all projects.
  4. Work closely with designers, content creators, and strategists to ensure brand consistency and bring creative visions to life.
  5. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  6. Monitor and integrate emerging Webflow features, design trends, and web technologies to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
  7. Ensure adherence to coding standards, Webflow workflows, and cross-browser compatibility across all projects
  8. Adapt quickly to project pivots, client feedback, and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

What qualities are important to us?

  1. The ability to look at the task not only from a technical point of view but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, by whom it will be used, how and why - everything that goes beyond the mechanical following of TR or specifications;
  2. The ability to communicate and work in a team: table essential issues and problems, argue your thoughts, calmly treat an opinion that differs from yours;
  3. Be great at managing your own time—meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, but also knowing when to step away and recharge. Balance is key!
