What You’ll Do

Are you a skilled Webflow expert ready to transform creative designs into pixel-perfect, high-performing websites? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Webflow Developer to lead the charge in building dynamic, responsive, and visually stunning web experiences that elevate our clients’ digital presence.

In this role, you will:

  1. Build responsive, SEO-optimized, and accessible websites in Webflow, turning complex designs into fast, pixel-perfect, and interactive experiences.
  2. Work within the Finsweet Client-First framework to maintain consistent structure, naming, and scalability across projects.
  3. Leverage Webflow CMS, advanced animations (including GSAP), and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create complex interactions and engaging user experiences.
  4. Integrate Webflow sites with third-party tools, APIs, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) to enhance workflows and capabilities.
  5. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and strategists to ensure brand consistency and bring creative visions to life.
  6. Create clear, user-friendly documentation and guides for clients, covering site structure, CMS usage, and content updates.
  7. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles — from scoping and planning to launch and post-launch optimization.
  8. Stay up to date with emerging Webflow features, design trends, and web technologies to ensure cutting-edge delivery.
  9. Maintain adherence to coding standards, cross-browser compatibility, and best practices in accessibility and performance.

  1. The ability to look at the task not only from a technical point of view but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, by whom it will be used, how and why - everything that goes beyond the mechanical following of TR or specifications;
  2. The ability to communicate and work in a team: table essential issues and problems, argue your thoughts, calmly treat an opinion that differs from yours;
  3. Be great at managing your own time—meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, but also knowing when to step away and recharge. Balance is key!
