The Humandone team is made up of a vibrant and talented group of UX/UI designers, brand designers, motion designers, and both front-end and back-end engineers. What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a skilled Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation of innovative and consistent brand identities. You’ll use your strategic thinking and design expertise to elevate client brands, helping them stand out and forge meaningful connections with their audiences. As the driving force behind defining and evolving brands, you’ll shape the visual direction for our next-level projects.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of brand direction, developing brand strategies, positioning, and visual systems that align with client goals and business objectives.
- Create memorable and cohesive brand identities that resonate with target audiences, including logos, typography, color schemes, and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand brand visions, provide strategic insights, and present bold, creative solutions that bring their brand to life.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and delivering assets for various media and platforms.
- Stay on top of design trends and industry shifts to ensure the brand strategies you create are innovative and relevant.
- Partner with marketers, content creators, and developers to integrate brand identity across digital, print, and experiential media, driving a unified brand experience.
- Adapt quickly to project pivots, client feedback, and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
What qualities are important to us?
- The ability to look at the task not only from a technical point of view but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, by whom it will be used, how and why - everything that goes beyond the mechanical following of TR or specifications;
- The ability to communicate and work in a team: table essential issues and problems, argue your thoughts, calmly treat an opinion that differs from yours;
- Be great at managing your own time—meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, but also knowing when to step away and recharge. Balance is key!
It would be great if you have:
- Experience in working with Finance/AI/HelathTech/Crypto products;
