What We Do

We think, we research, we sketch, we wireframe, we refine, we prototype, we test, we tweak, we iterate, we define, we support.

The Humandone team is made up of a vibrant and talented group of UX/UI designers, brand designers, motion designers, and both front-end and back-end engineers. We love to partner with unique and forward-thinking companies in exciting fields like AI, HealthTech, Finance, SaaS, and Crypto. We focus on creating valuable and innovative products that make a difference rather than just chasing profit.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a talented Middle UX/UI Designer to join our team and collaborate with other members to craft meaningful and engaging user experiences. You’ll bring a solid foundation in design principles and problem-solving skills, with the opportunity to grow your expertise and take on increasing ownership of the design process.

In this role, you will:

  1. Contribute to the design process by supporting discovery, ideation, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that align with project goals and client needs.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, senior designers, developers, and content creators to deliver holistic, user-centric digital experiences.
  3. Translate research and project insights into intuitive and visually compelling design solutions.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across client projects.
  5. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas continuously.
  6. Participate in usability testing and user feedback sessions, incorporating insights to refine and improve designs
  7. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and final UI designs, showcasing pixel-perfect attention to detail and usability.
  8. Adapt quickly to project pivots, client feedback, and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

What qualities are important to us?

  1. The ability to look at the task not only from a technical point of view but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, by whom it will be used, how and why - everything that goes beyond the mechanical following of TR or specifications;
  2. Feel at home in Figma, creating files that are clean, clear, and easy to navigate. There is no need to stress over perfect layer names, but we do appreciate an organized approach;
  3. The ability to communicate and work in a team: table essential issues and problems, argue your thoughts, calmly treat an opinion that differs from yours;
  4. Be great at managing your own time—meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, but also knowing when to step away and recharge. Balance is key!
