What do we do?
We think, we research, we sketch, we wireframe, we refine, we prototype, we test, we tweak, we iterate, we develop, we push, we merge, we define, we support.
The Humandone team comprises a vibrant and talented group of UX/UI designers, brand designers, motion designers, and both front-end and back-end engineers. We love to partner with unique and forward-thinking companies in exciting fields like AI, HealthTech, Finance, SaaS, and Crypto. We focus on creating valuable and innovative products that make a difference rather than just chasing profit.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager for our team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining project management processes to ensure the successful execution of design projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in an environment with unstable and changing processes, working closely with the teams to drive projects from inception to completion.
In this role, you will:
- Take charge of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track and meets client expectations.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, making sure everyone stays aligned and informed.
- Coordinate designers, developers, and other team members to ensure efficient use of time and skills.
- Tackle roadblocks and project challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to keep progress smooth.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the team.
- Oversee final deliverables to guarantee they meet both client expectations and internal standards.
- Cultivate trust with clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong partnerships and successful outcomes.
What qualities are important to us?
- Confident interaction with clients and teams in English, ensuring clear and professional communication at all stages.
- The ability to look at the task not only from a technical point of view but also from a product one, as well as to figure out what kind of a problem the feature solves, by whom it will be used, how and why - everything that goes beyond the mechanical following of TR or specifications;
- The ability to communicate and work in a team: table essential issues and problems, argue your thoughts, calmly treat an opinion that differs from yours;
- Be great at managing your own time—meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, but also knowing when to step away and recharge. Balance is key!
- An inner desire to make a user-friendly, high-quality product instead of just completing the task.
